Whether this is your first time joining a pension plan, or you wish to pursue a merger of your existing defined benefit plan with CAAT, the Plan’s friendly and expert staff will be there to guide you through the process and to help you explain the advantages of DBplus to your board or other decision-makers, as well as to employees. In the case of mergers, this includes handling the steps needed to obtain regulatory consent.

Onboarding

Once your organization has joined, your payroll and HR staff will receive training in employer responsibilities as part of the onboarding process to get your employees enrolled and contribution deductions underway.
